B2B TRADE POLICY
(For Calibrated, Parcel & Wholesale Buyers)
This policy applies to jewellery manufacturers, exporters, retailers, designers, and bulk buyers purchasing rubies and sapphires for commercial use.


1️⃣ Nature of B2B Transactions
All B2B sales are conducted as trade-to-trade transactions.
Buyers are assumed to have professional knowledge of gemstones, treatments, and grading tolerances.
Once goods are approved and dispatched, sales are final, except where explicitly stated.


2️⃣ Product Disclosure
For all B2B supplies, we clearly disclose:
Stone type (Ruby / Sapphire)
Treatment category
(e.g., glass-filled, heated, no-heat – as applicable)
Size range / calibration tolerance
Quality grade (commercial / fine / premium)
Origin (only if confirmed)
No implied upgrades or assumptions apply beyond written disclosure.


3️⃣ Returns Policy – B2B
❌ No Returns Accepted For:
Calibrated stones
Mixed or sorted parcels
Job lots / factory lots
Stones sold after video approval, photos, or sample approval
Custom-selected or specially sourced goods
✔ Exception (At Our Sole Discretion)
Returns may be considered only if:
Wrong item supplied compared to invoice
Undisclosed treatment is proven
Material deviation in size or type
📌 Any approved return must be:
Reported within 48 hours of delivery
Returned within 5 working days
In original, untouched condition


4️⃣ Buy-Back Policy – B2B
There is no guaranteed buy-back for B2B purchases.
However:
We may assist in resale or repurchase subject to current demand
Buy-back value (if any) will be at prevailing wholesale market price
Factors considered:
Current market demand
Parcel consistency
Condition & matching
Treatment category
👉 Original invoice value is not a benchmark for buy-back.


5️⃣ Certifications
Certifications are optional and buyer-driven
Certification fees are non-refundable
Certification does not imply buy-back eligibility
Stones below commercial certification standards are sold without lab reports


6️⃣ Liability Limitation
Natural gemstones show variations in colour, inclusions, and tone
Minor colour shifts under different lighting are not defects
Once stones are set, heated further, recut, or altered, all claims are void


7️⃣ Jurisdiction
All B2B transactions are governed by Jaipur, India jurisdiction.
