This policy applies to all overseas buyers, both B2B and B2C.


1️⃣ Export Nature of Sale
All international sales are treated as final export transactions.
Once goods are shipped and customs cleared, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer.


2️⃣ Disclosure & Compliance
For international orders, we provide:
Commercial invoice
Treatment disclosure
Lab certificate (if ordered)
HS code & export documentation
Buyers are responsible for:
Import duties
VAT / GST
Local compliance regulations
Customs clearance delays


3️⃣ Returns – International Orders
❌ Returns Not Accepted For:
Calibrated stones
Parcels / bulk orders
Custom-selected stones
Discounted or special-price orders
✔ Returns (Very Limited)
Return may be considered only if:
Stone differs from written description
Undisclosed treatment is proven by a recognized lab
Conditions:
Written notice within 72 hours of delivery
Buyer bears all return shipping, duties, and insurance
Refund processed only after internal verification


4️⃣ Buy-Back – International Buyers
No guaranteed international buy-back
Buy-back or resale assistance may be offered only at our discretion
Evaluation based on:
Certification
Treatment status
Global market demand
Stone condition
📌 International buy-back prices are based on current international wholesale markets, not original invoice value.


5️⃣ Certification Disclaimer
Certification reflects stone condition at the time of examination
Any damage, re-polishing, or re-treatment voids certification relevance
Certification cost is non-refundable


6️⃣ Shipping & Risk
All shipments are insured unless buyer opts out
Once shipment is handed over to the carrier:
Transit risk is governed by insurance terms
We are not liable for:
Customs delays
Import rejections
Regulatory changes in buyer’s country


7️⃣ Currency & Payments
All prices quoted are in USD unless stated
Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the buyer
Bank charges, intermediary fees, and forex charges are buyer’s responsibility


8️⃣ Legal Jurisdiction
All international transactions are governed exclusively by Jaipur,India jurisdiction, regardless of buyer location.
